Christian discipleship is developing a personal, lifelong, obedient relationship with Jesus Christ in which He transforms your character into Christlikeness; changes your values into Kingdom values; and involves you in His mission in the home, the Church, and the world.

 

As a result, we hold discipleship classes during the week. Discipleship groups are generally small groups where members are divided into groups of 7-12 and the focus of the group is character formation.

 

Members are expected to experience the greatest spiritual growth, where doctrine is taught and each member has an opportunity to be mentored. There is an aspect of accountability for growth in the  Christian walk.

 

Oasis is a fellowship for women where events are put together to  refresh women from everyday struggle. Such events include; colloquium where issues peculiar to women are discussed, retreats for prayers and developing relationships and fitness classes.

Ignite is the youth fellowship of Guiding Light Assembly (GLA). We are young Christians in the real world, following the Way, the Truth and the Life that Jesus patterned for us – in practical ways. We know it’s not always easy to seek first the Kingdom of God in the times we live in, and so we come together to fellowship, to encourage one another, and to strengthen one another on this Christian walk.
